We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for the best selection of guides, especially during peak season (November-March). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on guide availability.
Yes! If you have a specific guide in mind from our website or a previous recommendation, please mention their name in your booking request. We'll do our best to match you with your preferred guide based on their availability.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. For rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll work with you to find a new time that works with your guide's availability.
