2. Booking Policy

Deposits:
- To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit, which covers essential services such as guides, boats, coaches, and hotels.
- For land-only services (excluding hotels and airfare), a 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable upon your arrival in Laos.

Final Payment:
- Full payment is due 45 days before your tour departure date. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, payment must be completed in full at the time of confirmation.

Confirmation:
- Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive the deposit and provide written acknowledgment. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
3. Payment Policy

- All payments are quoted in USD per person.
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

- Please ensure USD bills are in pristine condition (no marks, cuts, or tears), as damaged bills may not be accepted locally.

- Transaction fees are the client’s responsibility unless waived in promotional offers.

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Standard Tours

How to Cancel:
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Brother Tours.

Fees for Tour Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total tour price.
- 30-21 days: 25%.
- 20-8 days: 50%.
- 7 days to 48 hours: 75%.
- Less than 48 hours: 100%.

Fees for Land-Only Services:
- More than 14 days: No charge.
- 7-14 days: 20%.
- 3-7 days: 40%.
- Less than 3 days: 60%.
- No-show: 80%.
4.2 Force Majeure
- In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, political unrest, natural disasters), we will:
- Offer adjusted travel dates or suitable alternatives.
- Communicate any additional costs involved transparently.
- While we aim to minimize disruptions, Brother Tours cannot be held responsible for non-refundable expenses or losses. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
5. Price and Product Accuracy
- Brother Tours strives for accuracy in pricing and service descriptions.
- Final rates are confirmed at the time of payment, and any changes in external costs (e.g., taxes or fares) will be communicated promptly.
6. Accommodation Policy

- Prices are based on double/twin sharing per room.

Single Rooms:
- Single-room requests can be accommodated with additional charges.

Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM; Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and hotel policies.
7. Child Policy

Under 7 Years:
- Free of charge when sharing a room with parents (no extra bed).

- Charged 50% of the adult tour fee.

Ages 12 and Above:
- Considered adults and charged the full tour price.
8. Travel Insurance
- Tour prices do not include travel insurance.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage for medical emergencies, evacuations, delays, or cancellations.
9. Passports and Visas

- Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your departure date.

Visa Assistance:
- We can assist with visa requirements. Please confirm at least 30 days before departure.

10. FOC (Free of Charge) Policy

- One free participant for every 15 paying guests.

Exceptions:
- Groups traveling with a tour leader may qualify for FOC on a case-by-case basis.
11. Complaints and Disputes

- If you encounter issues during your trip, please contact us immediately via our emergency number or your travel specialist. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly.

Post-Trip Complaints:
- Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing your trip.
12. Third-Party Suppliers

Scope:
- Brother Tours collaborates with trusted third-party providers, including hotels, airlines, train operators, boat services, transportation companies, and restaurants.

- While we carefully select and monitor providers, they operate under their own terms and conditions. Brother Tours is not liable for their errors, omissions, or disruptions.

Adjustments:
- In cases of provider disruptions (e.g., cancellations or delays), we will arrange suitable alternatives but are not responsible for additional costs incurred.
13. Liability Disclaimer
- Brother Tours is not liable for damages or disruptions caused by natural disasters, epidemics, political restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- Clients are responsible for additional costs arising from such disruptions.
