All Founder-Hosted Signature Journeys include luxury accommodations, all meals (including special dining experiences with local families), transportation within Laos, exclusive activities and entrance fees, personal hosting by Brother Tours founders, cultural immersion experiences, local guides, and unique access to communities and ceremonies. International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips are not included. Southeast Asia extensions include similar comprehensive services in the respective countries.

Given the exclusive nature and limited availability of Founder-Hosted Journeys, we have a specific cancellation policy: Cancellations 90+ days before departure receive 90% refund; 60-89 days receive 75% refund; 30-59 days receive 50% refund; less than 30 days receive no refund but may be transferable with approval. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Full policy details are provided during booking.
