Itinerary

8:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel with a warm welcome and introduction. Transfer to Talat Lao, the largest organic market in Vientiane, where you’ll explore the vibrant stalls filled with wild vegetables and other local produce. Here, you’ll gather fresh ingredients for your cooking class. After the market visit, transfer to Manichan Garden, a community-run space that hosts your cooking experience. Upon arrival, explore the variety of herbal vegetables and ingredients growing around the garden. Collect fresh ingredients for your menu and begin your interactive cooking session.
Our Menu Today:
Nuang Khao Nia: Learn the art of making steamed sticky rice.
Jew (Lao Sauce): Make a traditional Lao sauce, choosing from eggplant or tomato.
