1. Financial Disclaimer: Brother Tours invests its own financial resources into launching content, marketing efforts, and other initiatives to enhance the tour experience. We strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests through our Welcome tours, the complimentary free tours.
2. Hosting Commitment: Our goal is to serve as exemplary hosts for our country, welcoming visitors and showcasing the beauty and culture of our home. We are dedicated to ensuring that each guest has a memorable and enriching experience during their time with us. Additionally, we are always available to provide advice on the best ways to explore Laos.
3. Tipping Policy: Tipping for our free tours is required and mandatory. The minimum tipping amount is $8 per person per tour. Tipping is an expression of appreciation for the services provided by our guides and helps support our ongoing efforts to deliver high-quality tours. Please note that tipping is accepted in cash only, and if paying with foreign currency, it should be new, clean, and without any color or cuts.
4. Additional Expenses: While our tours are free of charge, guests should be prepared for additional personal expenses. These may include admission fees for sightseeing attractions, expenses related to food and beverages, as well as fees for transportation such as Tuk Tuk rides if required during the tour. Guests are responsible for covering these additional expenses incurred during the tour.
5. Booking Conditions: Our tour is complimentary and open for booking with a minimum of 1 person. However, the tour will commence with a minimum of 4 participants and can accommodate up to 14 participants. We encourage guests to share this fantastic opportunity with their friends or fellow solo travelers to meet the minimum participant requirement. To join the tour, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled touring day. To cancel please inform us at least 1 hour ahead tour start.
6. Tour Start Time and Policy for Late Arrival: We kindly request that all guests who have completed their booking arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour start time. Upon the commencement of the tour, our tour guide will check the attendance list. Please note that we have no-waiting policy, so it’s important to arrive promptly at the designated meeting point indicated on the map provided for each destination on the free tour.
