1:30 PM: Pick-up from your hotel with a warm welcome and introduction. Transfer or take a short walk to the boat station, where you’ll embark on a brief boat ride across the Mekong River to the opposite side of Luang Prabang, arriving at Ban Xieng Maen, a UNESCO-listed village.
Your first stop is Wat Long Khoun, a peaceful and stunning temple where former Lao kings would retreat for meditation each year.
